Latest Proasis API functionality

DesertSci’s continues to develop the functionality and features of our ProasisAPI. The latest release includes many new and exciting features.

These include:

• extended reporting, returning spreadsheet summaries of hitlists
• the ability to overlay a protein structure on the local file system with any database structure
• extended structure analysis, such as returning all HET groups in any pdb file, or the mol file for any HET group
• ligands can be automatically identified via client tools for ViewContacts and Scorpion
• extended overlay options to return overlays sorted according to 3D similarity
• searching options that allow for the identification of one representative protein-ligand complex per medchem project
