Software Customisation

DesertSci also specializes in the development and customisation of web-based chemical information systems, including compound registration and inventory, tools facilitating the prediction of ADME properties and physiochemical descriptors, and a biostructural database.

To assist in the streamlining of data, DesertSci builds systems that provide medicinal chemists with access to the wide range of models, data, and methods for the calculation of ADME and physiochemical properties, gathered from all sites in a research organisation.

Consultancy/Customisation

In addition to being a software provider, DesertSci also provides contract software development and customization under consultancy agreements. Using the programming language Python and applying practices from Extreme Programming (XP) we specialize in integrating your in-house software and informatics resources into easy-to-use web interfaces.

DesertSci also provides expert advice in the application of computational chemistry, chemoinformatics, and molecular modelling in drug discovery under consultancy agreements.
